Posts: 18 		hello, I have a problem. when I enter my license key I get the message that it was successful. but I can't delete the watermark and when I close the program and open it again I get the message again that I should buy it or enter the key. why doesn't my key work? the program is still active on my old pc. could it be because of that? or is windows 11pro not good for the program?

Posts: 4 		Hello. You can notice this error if you input a product key for a different version of Windows than the one installed on your device. This issue may also appear if you previously updated to Windows 10, but the current version of Windows installed on your device does not correspond to the edition of your digital license.

Posts: 20 		This is a major issue, with the release of Windows 11. I also built a new PC, and I am unable to use the software to its full extent without watermarks or FBX import, et al. Will this be addressed? Longtime users with full licenses should not be expected to rebuy the software, just to get proper compatibility. Why bother with checking the version of Windows at all? I have had Muvizu for over a decade, and I am wondering if I will be able to get full use of my software. Would it be possible to apply for a new license, so that it runs against our new or different configurations? Thank you for your assistance, but I know that many others like me are affected by this issue.

Just so i understand

This problem doesn't arise if you buy Muvizu and install on a new win 11 machine.

but if you have a full copy of muvizu bought pre win 11 and install muvizu on a win 11 machine
you get watermark and other problems.
That's no goodWhaaaaa?

Posts: 20 		I saw that others had the same issue when they installed a new computer or upgraded Windows, The license used on the same machine treats the reinstall as if a copy is being out on an unlicensed PC. I just want to be able to use Muvizu as I always have, but I am on a trial copy with limited resources.
