I can't upgrade Muvizu Hi there, the only way to purchase Muvizu is not through the Muvizu site, you have to contact Meshmellow with their email here
support@meshmellow.cn <support@meshmellow.cn>; or you can just pay for muvizu using this email felix@meshmellow.cn in paypal, it's the only way they will take payments, once you made a purchase for muvizu then email them using the first email I gave you along with the receipt showing you paid for Muvizu and then tell them what version you paid for and give them your info for you Muvizu account, they should get back with you in a day or two!

The Card I used to make payments kept getting errors during a transaction, which made it difficult to pay bills, something was wrong with the chip, I have another card on the way so it won't be long and I'll have it back up and running, understand that this is the only account that I like to use for internet purchases!

HI Rocque, it's still the same in the Hands of Meshmellow, but using the method that I explained above there shouldn't be any problems, I been getting support from them when I need it, and muvizu will always work if you continue to use it, on my site I'm always providing new sets and attachments to help keep it going, which reminds me you don't have my new website url..lol, here! http://digifactoranimation.us/ or to be safe until I get the Https installed to my domain you can use https://digifactoranimation.myvidmy.com/ so just pop in and sign up!

The above email is for re-activation of your licence when you run out of activation attempts... which we do cause their servers aren't that great and half the time our activation fails.

Yes this is the only method to contact them, I have recently purchased two packs with in the last two days, and everything went smooth, no problems at all!

The best way to purchase any upgrade or packs is to go straight to Meshmellow's Paypal using this email (felix@meshmellow.cn) all you do is give the price that you are paying, then in the add a note panel below that tell them what you are paying for, then give them your address and click next and add your payment info, then submit!

After you do that, go to the transaction details and click print to print out your copy, then save a copy to your computer, it will save as a Pdf file, then email Meshmellow support@meshmellow.cn and tell them what you have paid for and then add the transaction details Pdf file so that they can verify your transaction, you will get a reply with in a day, when I did it I actually got my packs the same day!

One issue I did have is it seemed like quite a few shots froze on the last frame of the video. Not sure if you built the trailer in Muvizu, but if you used a stand alone editing program, it might do well to edit those bits out.

Oh it freezes only because That's the way I did it, it's only a trailer, but the full release is out now, check my new post!
