Hello, I can log in when opening the tutorial section, but when in the story section I am unable to log in using my registered log in name and password. I get the message that it is incorrect.
WHY!

Hi 254boy,

Welcome to Muvizu. When you say you can't log in 'in the story section', do you mean the script area of the website? I just tried to log in from this area and it was fine for me. Can you copy and paste the link of the area you are having trouble with?

Ta,

Emily.

I mean the main area where one makes the characters etc.
The headings are:
Beta Log in New Open Save etc
below which are:
Create Edit View Prepare etc.
This happened only after I downloaded the latest version of Muvizu. Before that I could log in OK.

Ah ok!

So you mean you can log in with the Muvizu application rather than with the website. There's a bug with logging into the app. It doesn't really cause any major loss of functionality though, as you can still access your images and audio files by logging into the website directly.

See more info here:

All the best,

Emily.

I'm having log in problems too.
I can log in to the site, but I can't log in to the Muvizu program.

There has been a login problem (from the program login button), for some time - since the uupgrade I think. I always login from my browser.

So if I log in to the site, does that mean I can access my assets via the program? Because at the moment I can't.

Hi Muddybunny,

Logging into the site will allow you to access your assets on the site only. You can download them and then import them into Muvizu. There's a little bug that we need to get fixed and that's the only workaround I'm afraid!

Sorry to be dense, but how do I import them into the program? Is it "Create Object" - "Import"

(I don't want to break something.)

It's impossible to break Muvizu *cough* - what is it you are trying to import?
If it's audio, go to prepare>dialogue or prepare>audio.
If it's an image, create a backdrop, right click it and select 'edit'.

Does that help?

I'm trying to add an image. I have created the backdrop, but the images I uploaded are in my Muvizu account online, and they don't show up in the Muvizu program the way they used to, because I can't log on to the program.

So, how do I make the images accessible on my computer, when I right click and edit a backdrop?

What you will have to do is go to your profile on the Muvizu site, select 'stills', select 'edit' then right click on the image and select 'save image as' and then choose somewhere to save it to on your computer.

Then you can import this file to your backdrop.
