Actually it's because of characters in 'rooms' in a setup.

The rest of the setup has a blue, moonlight backdrop but the characters in the room would not have this blue effect.

Make sense?

(Probably not, knowing me!)

I'm not sure if this is the area to say this but reading these posts reminded me of a shadow issue I noticed while creating an animation.

When I was creating the Status Quo animation I noticed that everything in the scenes cast a shadow except for the instruments that the characters were holding. If you look at the Quo animation you can see the shadows of the characters playing guitar, but not the shadow of the guitars. Not a big deal but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Have you tried setting the "individual shadows" option on the light in question. I think might give you the effect you're after.

In case you're wondering, the reason it's not checked by default is for performance reasons. It gets really slow if all the lights are like that.

Maybe I'm just not looking in the right place, but can you get true, opaque walls please - and a ceiling to match?

With some of the given ones, if you pop a light in and turn it on, it illuminates things outside the house!

Huggy
