Posts: 8 		I have not been able to make a video for about a year , I downloaded the new version hoping a bug fix would take care of this File locked problem. I've made lots of videos with this until the file locked problem. It still doesn't work...Now what?

Posts: 1786 		check in your taskmanager if there are any applications running or muvizu is running twice there were some bugs that if you didnt wipe muvizu off your system completely it would lock up like that. I temporarily had this issue but found a stray instance of muvizu running and after I shut it down it never recurred again.

I had completely removed every thing Muvizu from my computer and downloaded the new version (and NOTHING else running in task manager) and it still gives me locked message.

I dont know really the only time I experienced this was revolving over a codec issue that I solved awhile back and it had to do with something that was left running that should not have been in muvizu.

anyhow just bumping this hopefully they will see this tomorrow your other option is to email bugs@muvizu.com and see if they can help maybe even include the thread link.

The only other thing I can think of is that your windows is running with complex permissions I run everything in administrator status and am the sole user of the pc so there is no need for using their permissions sytem.
