<description><![CDATA[Username Listernet <br/>  <br/> I have purchased the key frame expansion pack and received confirmation of the payment,  the pack is showing as purchased in my account but when i run the software the keyframe option is still locked. <br/>  <br/> I tried activating the software and it says my Muvizu has been upgraded but it is still locked. <br/>  <br/> I now have the message that I have activated too many times and i am locked out. <br/>  <br/> The software has only ever been installed on one computer - surely if the software is "locked" to a mac address it shouldn't have any activation restrictions if the software has not "moved" to another machine.   <br/>  <br/> I now find myself "stuck" and wonder if my $70 has gone down the drain <br/>  <br/> Any help would be appreciated <br/>  <br/> Thanks <br/>  <br/> Mark]]></description>
