<description><![CDATA[Good news <br/>   Remember you will need to do your painting in a program such as PSE or Gimp or PSPro which allows tou to use layers. <br/>   You will need your template on one layer and paint on the layer(s) above and then before exporting you will need to hide/delete the the template layer.  <br/>  <br/> Don't forget to save to a new filename so as not to lose your template!]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[xombiekiller, I believe that file has been incorrectly named as a zip file by the person that uploaded it.  It's actually a rar file.  If you rename it to .rar, you should be able to open it with WinRAR]]></description>

If you downloaded this file, try downloading this file again" <br/>  <br/> So I downloaded. and redownloaded.. than I right clicked and downloaded "save link as".. . . still cant unzip. <br/>  <br/> Any suggestions?]]></description>
