Click the character with both mouse buttons to lift him straight up in the air a good height, and then release the mouse buttons to let him drop straight down - this should generally cause the cape to blow back to its default position.
I know this isn't an ideal fix if you want to have a KO with a cape in the middle of a video, though - cape behaviour is proving to be a complex beast, and we'll append your problem to the list of issues which we'll hopefully have fixed soon! Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

Hi, there is one trick you can try that may fix the problem. Try picking the character up and moving him up and down / left and right quickly. This sometimes forces the cape back into it's default position.

Hope that helps,

Alan

Just something I noticed using the Hero character. When he is wearing his cape, and he moves suddenly or maybe performs the "KO" punch (getting knocked out)...when he come back on his feet, his cape is draped over the front of him. Is there a way to have the cape reset to his back, when the character is still?
