I am trying to direct a dialogue between two characters. Voice for both is on the same sound track. When I go to direct dialogue the "talking" and "shush" buttons are not highlighted or "active" to be able to coordinate the dialogue. I've watched the tutorial video but the set up seems to be a little different and the ability to hit the talk and shush buttons shown in the video is what the software does not seem to be letting me do.

Any guidance on what I might be doing wrong?
