I will try to provide some more info as well (these are my own opinions, rather than the opinion of Muvizu HQ ):

HD video editing? I would definitely recommend an Quad Core Processor - ideally an i7, but an i5 (if it's quad core) is a very good alternative.

Pete was right about the RAM - the more the better, but if you get any more than 3GB get a 64-bit Operating System, and DDR3 ram if possible. (Corsair brand RAM is generally very good)

The video card memory also falls into the more is better category - try to get a 1GB card at minimum. Generally Nvidia cards perform better with the Unreal 3 engine, but ATI's cards are pretty good as well.

The higher up the card is, the better it should perform.
