Can I upload a movie made with Muvizu to my web server and display it on my non-commercial web site?
I'm confused by the TOS.

Posts: 1786 		Yes you can do this what you can't do is charge money for people to see it or place ads on it or say put it on a dvd and sell the dvd. If you do that then your making an income from it and then you have to make an agreement to pay muvizu some money because they are giving us the software free to use for NON commerical use.

One more thing,
If I decide to sell my music cd/download or game software on my site,can I still have an unrelated Muvizu movie posted? -'unrelated to Music CD-Software'.
I'm an Indie programmer/musician and don't expect to make alot(if any) money.
Any ideas on the cost of the commercial permits from Muvizu for someone in my position?I know there's a royalty factor.

Posts: 1786 		yes as long as you dont make a dime from the movie and it hasn't got like the music your selling in the movie etc so basically if you use the video to adverise the music and are making a music video that is considered commercial use.

I am sure they are pretty flexible but you will need to contact them at their email to make an agreement with them. That is there info on where to get in touch with them.

websites can be multipurpose if your selling music and your videos are about your cat and your music is not in the video then they are not related, but the minute you stick your music in the video then they are related and the video is basically also an ad for music.

That puts my mind at ease to know for sure these details.
I use UDK(unreal engine 3 ) and was pleasantly surprised that Muvizu was created with UE3.
