Posts: 3 		Okay from reading other forum posts i think i've realized that the reason why i can't log in is because of this firewall thing, so i need to like block it or unblock but i need to know how to do this?
would i need to uninstall and install the program again or can i do something else?
Please Help!

Posts: 272 		depending on what firewall you have, you can usually go into the settings (in ure firewall) and there will be a 'program control' section where you can allow access to whatever programs you want......

you shouldnt need to do anything to muvizu if its just a firewall issue

Have you managed to log in successfully? Have you got all of the objects and characters?

Some users haven't been able to log in or connect to the server in order to download the character and object lists, but if you go to http://www.muvizu.com/Forum/messages.aspx?TopicID=295&MessageID=664#post664 I have posted a guide on how to generate the lists manually.

Please let me know how you get on.

Hi,

I also need to do this but cannot download the file as it has already been downloaded 10 times. Is there a way I can get this as I would like to test the application as I am thinking of using it in my animation course.

After researching the warning it appears that people using Kapersky sometimes get that warning when running safe programmes - the following quote is from http://support.kaspersky.com/kis2010/proactive?qid=208281028

"Keyloggers may send your personal information (logins, passwords, credit card numbers) you enter using your keyboard to a cyber criminal. However, similar actions can be performed not only by malicious programs, but also by some other not malicious applications installed on your computer. Very often these actions are performed by means of hotkeys to access some functions of an application installed on your computer.

The process kernel mode memory patch (PID: 0) is not malicious. You can add this process to the exclusions list by clicking Add to exclusions."

Please let us know which antivirus software you are using.
