Posts: 2 		OK, I've read the terms and conditions but I'm not a lawyer so can you give me some clarification.
Who owns the Intellectual Property Rights on any movie created using Muvizu 3D?
For the sake of argument assuming the person making the movie is using his own script, own vocal acting, own backdrops, his own music and sfx, in other words - only using the animated characters.

Posts: 2 		OK I've just read an interview and it seems to be that I would own the IP, but if I wanted to exploit it commercially then I have to come to an arrangement to give Muvizu a cut of what it makes.


Have I got that right?
