Posts: 82 		If you uninstall the application completely, then go to re-install it. There will be a prompt with the three tick boxes for .Net framework, C++ and DirectX. If you could please keep these three ticked and install, that should sort your issue.

In this case, the problem can be caused by the the crash or the lost of some driver. driver is important to connect computer and device. You can download and update driver on its official website if you know the details about your computer and your devices. If not, you can try DriverTunerwhich can download all drivers for you. DriverTuner helps me solve the same problem before. You can have a try.
