If you've only just started using Muvizu, then I suggest you have a go at the basic training tutorials: http://www.muvizu.com/Tutorials
If you have a problem, have a search on the site as there is a high chance someone else will have had this problem before and have a solution. If you can't find anything on the site or wiki page ( http://www.muvizu.com/Wiki ), post a question to the forum.
