Posts: 176 		Hi, I'm a long time Muvizu user, I'm upgrading my computer and I'm trying to install Muvizu. I tried to reinstall my original 2014 version but it wouldn't accept my serial number, then I downloaded and installed the latest version, it wouldn't accept my serial number either so I figured I'd have to buy it again, when I went to purchase it says I'm already an owner! What to do?

Posts: 1 		What Windows operating system does that computer run? As I am using Windows 10, I can still install the apk application normally. Normally, I often install the HDO Box movie viewing application to watch on PC.

Posts: 1 		You can try reinstalling and running Muvizu as an administrator. If that doesn’t work, check if your account on ppsspp gold website has an option to retrieve or reset your license.
