Support Issues Hi All

I've had various install issues (and tried most of suggestions on forums) and managed to get to too many activation error for my key. Posted a support request last Saturday and have heard nothing. I messaged Jamie, who is assigned the support ticket, on here tonight but since it will be the UK weekend before I'm back online wondered if anyone was aware of support not being available this week.


The ticket is #3918 if anyone else at Muvizu reads this and can re-activate my key.
