A mobile version of the site isn't planned, as such, and we're aware that you cannot post to the forum using an iPhone. It is something we're looking in to though - I'll update this thread when I have some news for you. Wiggle

32bit-64bit-XP-7--Aarrrghhhhh Yeah I'd definitely recommend going for a 64 bit machine and running Windows 7 (64 bit). The internals of Windows 7 are much improved compared to XP and you're bound to have your new machine for a number of years so you'll be thankful in the future for any software/hardware that makes use of it.
You can always run older stuff in compatibility mode, hopefully quite successfully!

Update Problems Hi frendor / Rob

The update was released on Tuesday so if you've already updated since then successfully then that means you already have the most up to date release and the app shouldn't be downloading a new update. If it is, then something isn't quite working
I'm actually experiencing the same "local header signature" error at home too... so best to skip the update until we get this sorted (probably on Monday)

We’re able to recreate this bug but don’t worry, it seems to be a display issue and so you’re not actually logged in as someone else. Your private details will still be safe!

We’ll be posting a fix for this shortly.

Sorry, but we're unsure exactly why you're having this problem although it does look like a javascript issue.

upload problem Hi Jonbez,
Unfortunately this is a problem with our flash uploader since the latest version of Flash (10.x) was released a week or so ago. The uploads actually work fine as before, it's just the wrong message is getting displayed on completion. I won’t bore you with the details, but a fix will be released shortly.

uploading video assets Hi toonarama

You actually need to upload the video through either this website or the application, otherwise we're unable to find your video. If you click on 'My profile' then 'Upload video' in the 'Assets' portal you'll be able to upload your video in to YouTube and it will then appear on this website shortly afterwards (subject to our moderation).

If you're uploading the exact same clip then you may need to delete your original one from YouTube because they don't allow duplicates of the same video.
