Web Site won't let me buy software When I try to purchase the software I get the following message:

Payment statusSorry, your purchase was not accepted at this time. You have not been charged.


My operating system is Windows 7 professional 64bit
Processor is an Intel i7-3770 3.5 GHz
32 gig ram
ndivia GeForce 760 running driver version 364.51 (upgraded today)
over 600 gb of space is left on my Hard Drive
Can anyone tell me why I cannot download the software?
