launcher error Specification

when I launch Muvizu, in the "muvizu lancher" window

the loading progress stop on "Loading Local Manifest File".

Can be used to better understand the problem?

launcher error good afternoon,

I have a problem with the program launcher.

When I open Muvizu I get an error message

and the program will not open. What can I do?
