It's saying all packs have been installed correctly, but none are showing All packs are showing that they have been installed correctly

My products

360 Degree video
Chemistry set
Chinese history
Christmas pack
Horror villains
Horror zombies
Key framing expansion pack
Trick or Treat Junior pack
Muvizu:Play+ licence

But None of my characters are showing at all.
It said I installed correctly but when you go to retrieve them
They are NOT there.can anybody PLEASE help me out with this? any help
