2 Questions please help! Thank you both for your help. Please see this video for the problems I am running into...




I did find a tough work around which is time consuming. Leaving it as one track and recording each character toggling the talk/shush button at specific points. Thanks again and sorry if there is something simple I am missing.

2 Questions please help! I remember in the old Muvizu you could have all characters on the timeline and slide the audio where it was appropriate. Currently I am only able to get one character at a time....

2 Questions please help! Thanks. I think I figured it out and right when I was 3/4 the way finished Muvizu crashed.... I imported seperate tracks but how can I assign those tracks to characters. For example:
Person 1-4: Sing/talk together track 1
Person 1: Solo/talk alone track 2
Person 1-4: Alltogether again track 3
Person 2: Solo/talk alone

etc.....

I am doing something wrong and making it more difficult than it has to be but cant quite pinpoint my errors... Thanks for the help.. any suggestions?

2 Questions please help! Issue # 1: I am trying to direct several characters to talk and/or sing at different times. Almost like they start off as a chorus, then one goes solo, then chorus again and then solo by another character. I am only finding clips for older versions of Muvizu or am missing something. Everytime I try to create or direct, the sounds are overlapping or others cant sing to different parts... hope this makes sense and I thank you in advance for your help!

Issue # 2: The santa hat in the expansion pack turns gray on my characters during directing. Not sure if this is normal or not. I deleted Muvizu and reinstalled and still having the problem. Will it show red and white after recording video or???

Help with lag, only at certain times! Thanks! I am going to try it out and will let you know how it goes! When you upgraded your PC did they allow you to reuse your Muvizu license or did you have to repurchase?

Help with lag, only at certain times! I rendered it with no compression. I went back and looked at old Muvizu because I had no problems using that so I used Microsoft Codec and it is somewhat better. Any other ideas? Thanks

Help with lag, only at certain times! Ok when I run the Masseffect 3 system requirement test which I read is most comparible to Muvizu this is my result. Is it basically telling me to get a new computer? lol

Help with lag, only at certain times! Ok, please help! When I am working on a clip that is only about 23 seconds long, the Timeline plays the clip perfect. When I go to make the movie or preview I get terrible lag in character action and sounds come out choppy. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance!

Trying to upgrade getting error Thanks for the reply, I did that and it kept giving me the error. I downloaded and installed it again and now it is saying that the license has already been used... hopefully it worked, I will post update shortly...

Trying to upgrade getting error Purchased upgrade license because of the great deal but it is saying error every time I click upgrade. The license # is already there but it is giving me error code WO? Any help is greatly appreciated.

(Stupid) Question Thanks for the information. It seems like I can not get the hang of this software at all and may need to go back to xtranormal It seems like it takes forever just to make a quick video on here. Even just getting used to the controls is tough for some reason, maybe cause I am on a laptop? I have tried watching the tutorials and they help but it still seems to confusing. Do you have any advice or ideas that will help me make this software work for me? Thanks in advance for any help!!!!

(Stupid) Question Hi everyone, I was recently using xtranormal to make videos for lessons to teach my students but this program seems way more flexible and has many more features, plus it is free! My dumb newbie question is: Do you have to record all of your dialogue or is there a way to type things in and have a voice say what you type? Similar to xtranormal if your familiar with that site. If you have to record all of your character voices, what are some good programs to use and morph your voice to make different character voices? Thanks everyone and try not to bash me too much for the silly questions! Cool
