Error W2 in the same boat. yesterday I purchased, I put in key they emailed me, and it says success, but still have limited features and trial countdown is still underway. I have to add key every time I load the software. Now today it says I have used my key the allotted time and must contact Muvizu. I can't get anything done, because of this lingering on while my days deplete. I've emailed, add my complaint here and in the chat, but to no avail. please help. Solo Crowd
