Hello,
when i trie to create something, muvizu freezes.
The Create Window is not showing.
I have a Radeon HD 5800, Intel i7,Windows 7 64, lot's of memory. Tried to reinstall. Still the same.
The older version of muvizu works well.
Anyone the same problem?

Hi Thol,

I'm sorry to hear that you are having problems with Muvizu.

Can you please give us a little bit more of information?

Does Muvizu freeze when you click the create button?
This is something we definitely didn't see before!

Cheers,
Marco

Hi Marco,
the problem is the 64bit version.
I've uninstalled this version and installed the 32bit version
and it is working.
When i start the 64bit version, it lasts a long time until the
muvizu Window opens. After that, when i click on "Create" it's
still ok but when i click on, for example, "Character" nothing happens any more
and I have to stop the program over the task manager.
When I install the 64bit version I've checked all components to install.
I have no problems with other 64bit Software and all new drivers for my pc installed.
I have also installed the program "as Administrator".
Here are the system infos from muvizu32:

Hey Thol,

Thanks for giving us the details we needed.
It's very strange that you are having this problem. It seems to be something specific to your system.
I'm running the exact same operating system and didn't experience any problems.

So lets try and solve this mystery

Let's try a fresh install first.

1 - Uninstall any 64 bit versions of Muvizu you may have on your hard drive. (Control panel - Programs and Features).
2 - Delete the folder c:\Program Files\Muvizu - default path.
3 - Restart you machine.
4 - Install the 64 bit version (when the DirectX window pops up, don't change anything)

I hope this helps. Keep us posted please.

Cheers,
Marco

I tried these steps myself today. Mainly to see how well CCleaner works, as I never had a problem running Muvizu

The results have been really good, a whole lot of junk has been cleaned out of my system and overall the performance seems to so much better - I'd totally recommend everyone to use CCleaner periodically on their computers!

Cheers,
Jamie.
