I work for a public university in the US. We're looking at ways for faculty to make simple animations for their online classes. We've been experimenting with Xtranormal, and it's about the right level of complexity and functionality, but it can't import content. I understand Muvizu can import content in .ase format. Can rigged content be imported this way? In particular, content rigged for use in software like Poser? There are some good low-poly figures available that I'd like to consider using. I know iClone can import such content via FBX export. Going through Blender might be an option for free content that allows redistribution, but it would be very nice if Muvizu had an import method for .cr2 files.

Nope, Muvizu can only import ASE models, and nothing rigged.
