Posts: 2 		I would really like to use this fabulous software but unable to open it, please help! Dll'muvizu,dll':exception from HResult:0XC000001D. Appears on screen. I have Xp and have tried uninstalling and reinstalling 32 bit version, unticking c++, Direct X and .net framework, and every combination of unticking and ticking. Muvizu.dll is there under program files/binary. Have tried downloading visual c++ and Direct X end user run time from your suggested site but was prompted that a suitable version or higher was already on my computer. I also downloaded .net 3.5 framework as suggested and again tried reinstall with various combinations of ticks. Also promoted to repair c++ and .net framework. To no avail. The computer I use is on dial-up so I down loaded the muvizu software on my android phone and then transferred it to my desk top. If I have to I can hook up to my friends high speed and start over. Posts: 1786 		I didnt read this before and i'm not staff but you need to post your pc specs and be prepared your pc and setup sound very very out of date so it may not work or run and dialup modem is very slow perhaps the file is corrupted. In any event you will need to post your specs but it sounds like you need to find yourself a better pc and likely a better internet connection if the file is corrupt.
