Posts: 5 		I installed xvidd, klite codec pack, ffdshow. The only file I can make is uncompressed, which means vids under 35 seconds. I really pplan on spending money if Ican get this to work. If not isthere a paid for software similar to Muvizu? The interface is awesome, just need more than 34 second files thanks

Posts: 5 		I have spend at leat 4hours total trying to get this to work. I have seen the "cannot use those settings" box at least 100 times.

Posts: 2220 		Since I'm not very good with codecs, wait a few hours for Urbanlamb or Ziggy to look at this, but if you need to make these movies right now, you'll have to split your video into 30 second chunks and use Movie maker or video joiner to put them together.

Posts: 1786 		yeah ziggy uses codecs I think. Myself I just have a codec installed with my webcam I use. The only thing I know about it is it seems to work better if you install the codec pack and then muvizu so you might want to try that.

i know klite works make sure you install the right pack for the version of muvizu you installed 64 bit or 32bit

Posts: 1988 		Urban is right, install the appropriate k-lite pack and you should be okay, but be aware of which version of Muvizu you've installed - if it's the 32bit version you don't need the 64bit codecs, but if it is the 64bit version of Muvizu that you have then you need to install both codec packs to ensure it will work.
