Posts: 399 		Simple question, is Toon Shading even working? I tried to create a video using toon shading and it's a no-go. The video is produced with regular shading. While the toon shading appears in the editing window, it doesn't show anywhere else, including the final output.

Wasted so much time and effort.

Posts: 1786 		LoL I think I recall emailing them about this awhile back maybe use the /support portal on the site to let them know? I know my emails get lost somewhere along the line so I started using their support ticket system. For something like this its probably better to submit a ticket. Then they will notice it for sure Big Grin

I haven't used Toon shading that much in the past. Therefore, I gave it another try today in order to see if it's possible to get kind of a 2D look:

Wow! That is really something! While the coloured toon shading above is not bad at all, this 2D one brings to mind the "out of the inkwell" series!

I have to admit that I polished the video output from Muvizu (picture: left side) slightly with some VDub-Filters (middle) afterwards to get to the final result (right):


But depending on your video editor this should also be possible using similar modifications.
