Posts: 39 		I found using the function keys F2 and F3 to turn off and on the shadows greatly improved the speed of movement.
Also when recording animation I found it helpfull to turn off the menus using f12 while getting the character to run around and then f12 to display the menus again.
I also find that using the up, down , right and left arrow keys along with the PageUp and PageDn allows you to move in smaller amounts. Along with the mouse you can really easily fly around the sets. even the complcated ones at http://www.moviesets.org

Already posted - but it was suggested might be helpfull in the tips and tricks section.
