Posts: 5 		I am looking fro a way to have an object drop from the sky and appear on a characters head...any suggestions?

Posts: 477 		Create a ground plane and set it to "floats in air." Raise it up as high as you'd like, then put the falling object on top of it. Use Object Movement to slide it off the ground plane and it will then fall.

The appearing on a character's head part is another story and would probably require some kind of editing trick.

This is one method, I'm sure there's more.

Posts: 1786 		They way i make rocks fall is to put them on 0 gravity and animate the gravity setting by moving the slider to full gravity and then it falls. You dont need to put them on a plane unless its a character those you need to place them on a plane or objects up in the sky.
