I've created a simple set with a green screen background.
Is it possible to "make" the video and select the green as a background to get a transparent background in the movie.
If not transparent then to make the movie and specify the background colour as a Alpha channel in the movie file?

Posts: 2220 		Muvizu can render different layers separately, so you can put whatever you want to animate on a new layer and render only that layer for transparency. http://www.muvizu.com/Wiki/wiki/161/how-to-use-layers

Many thanks for your reply.
I'm not sure how this helps me. I move the character to a new layer and in making the movie I unselected the background.
This gave me a movie with a total black background and not a transparent background.
Have I missed something?

Posts: 1988 		If you're going to use transparencies, you'll need a video editor. Assuming you don't already have one, download Hitfilm Express. Otherwise, which video editor do you use?

I think you need to check "Cutout occluders" to make the layer transparent.
