Length of the Character Actions Hi there!

I am wondering how I can shorten or extend some actions - conversation - that it fits together with the spoken audio?
it is either to short or too long

Also my superhero doesnt goes to IDLE after his conversational actions but freezes in his last pose.

Help?!
