How about one character with 3 attachments. One for horse body and one fake leg in each arm.
Could it be ?

or, the hind legs could also be attached to the feet, but offset, so they appear behind the real legs

But in this case the leg movements aren't identical, so I'm inclined to think that Rod is correct

Are they walking in place and the background is moving? I have no clue how you created it, but if you paint the white one yellow, and give it a monocle ears and a tail you can have a minion pet.

Hi
Rodrisilva
You are 100% correct! Two, leg attachments on the arms, and a body to hide the bits that should not be seen !
I will put up the same animation without the Ball and Horse, in the morning.
I'm sure, with patience it could be a lot better. Why not try ? The body attachment was a hat one.

very clever idea, Eugene! Indeed, I'll be experimenting with this.

One advantage of doing it all with one character is that you wouldn't have to use the "walking in place while the background moves" trick.... the character could walk as usual.

As promised, here's the "Naked" version !
I used the regular MAN character, as he has both hand and feet attachment possibilities. Stick Man, no Feet !

Maybe the Rover Character would be best ? You could add part of the body to the Tail Attachment, and another part to his collar.
Just Tried Rosie ! Invisible arms and hands ! Makes new body shapes a lot narrower. No feet attachment, but lots of Legs options.

That's brilliant! Great for characters that actually move. I look forward to seeing some films with this technique.
Well done Rodrisilva for working out how it was done.

But how does it look when he's not walking? Then you have 4 legs on a row?

Because the ones on the arms swing much wider than the others at opposite times, giving that illusion.

Yeah, I understand that, so it only looks like he has hind legs when he walks, not when he stands still.

Ikes, You are wrong. When he stands still, it still looks like four legs! You NEVER get four legs in a row. Check this by pausing the animation wherever you like.
The leg, extensions in the hands, are both tilted backwards, NOT straight down.
I am still experimenting with leg shapes to try to increase the distance between front and back legs. at present the back legs are tilted about 45 degrees backwards with the pivot on the top of the leg object. Also, at the last few seconds of the animation, they ARE standing still.
An engineer could crack it !

Hi, ok not in a row I see, but they still origin from besides the real legs. I think in the current state, it is quite impossible to have one character with four legs. There is a way I found with really 4 legs, but it requires altering some files and due to the licence it's not allowed. I asked support to share this here, but they asked me not to. Too bad. They are maybe considering a fully attachable character...but not shure about 4 legged.

I mean if he stands still, with his hands beside his body, they are beside the real legs, not?

No

They're at an angle so they sit behind the normal legs.

I mean not the fake legs are beside his real legs, but the point from where they begin at the top. His feet are behind, I see that, but the pivot point of the leg, I mean.

An easy workaround, (considering the fact that most Muvizu stories are told through a collection of separate scenes) would be to use several different models of the same character:

One like Eugene's, used only in scenes where the character needs to walk...
One with a static body but animatable head for when the character needs to talk, look around or stand still
etc etc
