Please can we have the collar and ties moved from being a neck attachment to being a chest one instead. The reason for this is obvious when you see a character animated which is wearing one. The tie disappears into the torso with the animated head movements.

Check out the tony character in the early telly room shots in the clip below to see what i'm gibbering on about

Yeah, with you on that one Dreeko - had the same problem with my producer in the Troggs Tapes. Tried to cut around it, but couldn't really hide it. Clipping in general is a problem - will the new engine upgrade help at all, guys?

I guess you've tried this but you can move the collar forward and down when editing the character - I did this quite a lot with M when this feature became available in the latest release.

You can normally get rid of most of the problems with characters looking down using this technique but it's a pain - attaching to the chest may be the answer, but it would move away from the collar if the collar was attached to the head.

As Arnold Rimmer once said "You can't frighten me! I'm a coward, I'm always scared! "

Wouldn't weighting it to the neck bone and upper body bone of your character rig and exporting just the tie and collar with bones be a possible solution. I know it would be extra work importing them clothes assets again as skeletal meshs, but the result would look much better than a static mesh stuck to a bone. I image you've done this once already when adding the skirt.
